Create a Statement of Work

You can create a Statement of Work in the front-end of the application.

  1. Go to the left-hand menu on the Workbench.
  2. Click Contract Management > SoW ListingCreate SoW.
  3. Enter the Contract, SoW Type and Title.
    • The Contract can be searched and associated with the SoW.
    • If the SoW is created while in the context of a Contract, the Contract field will be pre-populated.
  4. Optionally, enter any other required information.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. At the bottom of the SoW blade, click the Work Type Inception Rules nav bar.
  7. Enter the Work CoverageDate Applicability From/To and Inception Type.
  8. Optionally, enter any other required information.
  9. Click Save and Activate to make your SoW active.

Review

You have now successfully created a new Statement of Work within the application. You can perform additional actions such as navigating to the SoW portal, managing participants, progressing the SoW through its life cycle, and creating a new instruction.
