Patch release: v7.2.1

18th November 2022

We're pleased to announce the next patch release of sharedo - version 7.2.1 - is in general availability as of this afternoon, 18th November 2022.

This release is a small defect fix package over the last minor release (7.2.0). It resolves 19 issues across a range of services and introduces 5 small new features.

New features and enhancements for 7.2.1

101299 - Finance/Budgets - users can now add notes to budget line items.

101474 - Finance/Payee bank details - tags have been added to data composer to allow selection of a payees bank details for payment request work items.

100795 - Workflow/Finance - a new action has been added to allow a budget to progress phases via automations.

100127 - Workflow/Prepare document - the prepare document action has been updated to bring it in line with the create task action. This allows due date to be set to a variable or today + n, search has been added to the document template selector, action plans can be built inline rather than as separate actions and setting the recipient/regarding field now supports variables as well.

100688 - Data protection assessment (DPA) checks on telephone calls. Allows configuration of a series of questions to confirm a callers identity at point of contact.
