Email Signature Global Feature

The Email Signature Global Feature allows an email signature to be configured system-wide.  It also offers the facility to enable a user to override the signature on their user profile.  This feature is available from 7.10.

Enabling this feature automatically adds these signatures to all emails.  If you are already using any other email sign off content blocks or added signature tags to email template, you will need to remove these from those templates.  If you don't you will end up with double signatures.

Configure Email Signatures

Navigate to Modeller > Global Features > Email Signatures > Configure icon

Add signature for new emails

Add signature when replying or forwarding emails

Enable these options as required.   When you switch them on, the content of the signature displays.  This contains tags that input details relating to the user.

Use the toolbar to amend and format these as required.  If you click the more dots icon at the end further options are available.  The last icons provide options to insert tags and content blocks, which can pull in ODS data - data relating to the user and company.

The tag icon opens the Content Browser, containing ODS Query Data, where tags can be selected from users and contact details etc.

Click here to see how you can find and select tags.
