Inactivity Tracking

When the Inactivity Tracking feature is enabled then events will be raised when a work item of a given type has not been updated within a specified period of time. Activity is calculated based on the work item itself together with child work items. For example a case won't be considered to be inactive if child tasks have been updated.


Maintenance Plans for Inactive Items

To enable the creation of events for inactive items go to Admin > Maintenance Plans and ensure the 'Check for inactive work types and raise inactive events as appropriate plan is present. If this is not pleasant please contact sharedo support.



Feature Configuration

Access this global feature at Launchpad > Admin > Features > Global Features. Search for inactivity.
