Configuring the 'Open repository explorer' menu command

Version 7.11.0 introduced a new configurable Open Repository Explorer command for menus, enabling users to launch the document repository blade directly from work item menus. This feature supports O365, iManage, and NetDocuments integrations, providing consistent document management access with customisable display and interaction options.

Configurable options

  • Display
    • Title
    • Context (dropdown with values Work item/user)
      • Work item
        • Load Sharedo repositories - If enabled, will load the repositories associated with the work item.
        • Show Ancestor Repositories - If enabled, will also load the repositories from ancestor work items.
      • User: Displays a dropdown of repositories to pick from (multi-select)
    • Page size
  • Mode
    • Default
    • Select Folder
    • Select Files (displays a toggle: Allow Multi Select)
  • Sidebar settings
    • Sidebar settings  (only appear if Show sidebar is enabled)
      • Show quick links
      • Show folder explorer
      • Allow Document Bundling
