Client Matter Inception
ShareDo can be configured to receive matters directly from an existing CMI solution or else, using this accelerator, manage the entire process. With support for both B2B and B2C journeys this pack can manage your sales funnel from lead through to engagement pack and matter inception. It includes key compliance workflows for conflict, duplicate and AML, and is personalisable for all Matter types below.
Defendant - Insurance
ShareDo started its “legal journey” working with Defendant firms, and we are now serving leading Practice Groups worldwide. The solution pack provides a full suite of Defendant workflows and sophisticated client personalisation functionality. It supports matter types, including RTA, professional negligence, EL/PL, medical negligence, and property damage and is quickly extensible for other work types.
Support is provided for various Litigation and ADR protocols, Mass Claims and integration with claims portals such as the MoJ.
Defendant - Remediation And Mass Claim Schemes
Defendant firms are often required to "mobilise" quickly in the case of volume remediation or mass claim schemes; our accelerator in this area is designed to support exactly those circumstances by providing a solution that can be quickly tailored to the specific scheme, whether it focuses on consumers or employees.

Claimant Recoveries
Accompanying our Defendant Insurance accelerator are specific work types for managing Subrogated Recoveries across Motor, Household and Property. These work types are designed to assist Legal Service providers in serving their legal clients either under full or partial instructions. Claims are managed through pre-action, settlement, litigation and enforcement. With the right integrations in place, this pack can be quickly adapted to a near straight-through processing work management style.
Commercial & Residential Real Estate
ShareDo has been supporting leading real estate practice groups since its inception. The pack provides a full suite of work types for real estate asset management, including Acquisitions, Disposals, Leases, Licences, Side Letters, Surrenders, Wayleaves etc. The solution provides integration with search providers such as InfoTrack.
Debt Recovery

Family
Our family law accelerator provides assistive workflows across a variety of matter types. It supports Family Protection matter types such as Court of Protection, Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Financial Applications. We provide drafting support for different family agreements, including Pre-nuptials, post-nuptials and child arrangements. Our divorce matters support both contested, mediated and uncontested flows.
