Progress Milestone (Change Phase) - Workflow Toolbox

The progress milestone tool box item allows you to add the ability to change the phase (status) of one of the work items you are working with within your flow. You can change the phase of the primary work item you are working with or combine this with the results from a load data time or task creation to change the phase of another work item,

Common Uses

The main use of this toolbox item is to transition the phase of the workitem that the current flow is running on. It can however be used for work items that are completely separate from the flow or have been created as part of the flow. In order to use a different work item you simply need to add the id of the work item into a variable.
