The Power BI feature allows Power BI reporting to be enabled within the system and provides an entry point for the configuration that should be used with Power BI. Access this global feature at Launchpad > Modeller > Global features. Search for power.
You should have a Default configuration set up. Click the gear icon to open this and change the configuration, or click the plus sign at the top right to create a new connection configuration.
Enter a connection name and description, and enable/disable the connection in the Details section. Use the table below for other configuration settings.

| Authentication Type | Use the Master Account option to enter a Username and Password to use, or select Service Principal to enter a Client Secret. |
| Application ID | Enter the application ID from your Power BI instance. For information on registering an app in Power BI, see the article Power BI App Registration and Permissions. |
| Authority URL | Enter this URL (obtained from your Power BI registration). |
| Resource URL | Enter this URL (obtained from your Power BI registration). |
| Workspace | The workspace that is used in the Power BI configuration. |
| Required refresh period in hours | Enter the number of hours for the required refresh. The default is 24. |
