Availability allows users to set their availability status. This is then visible within the application and can be used in allocation rules for the automatic assignment of work.When this feature is enabled users can set their availability status from their profile, and other users can see whether the user is available or not before assigning work.
Users can set their own status via their user profile. If the auto delegation feature is enabled then users are also able to configure to whom a task should be delegated if they are absent.
Feature Configuration
Access this global feature at Launchpad > Admin > Features > Manage Global Features. Search for availability.
The feature configuration for availability allows a list of availability statuses to be defined within the system.
Feature Element | Description |

System Name | The unique system name for the availability status |
Display Name | The text that will be displayed in the system for the availability status |
