O365 Integration: Overview

ShareDo offers full integration with Microsoft Office 365 (O365) for various purposes. O365 can be used for the following:

  • Authentication of ShareDo users as users in your Azure Active Directory (AAD) [SSO].
  • Accessing and managing documents held in your SharePoint Online document libraries (Document management system (DMS)).
  • Ingesting emails from Exchange Online to become tasks in ShareDo.
  • Sending emails from ShareDo through Exchange Online.

This document provides a simplified guide for configuring each service within O365 so that these can then be consumed within ShareDo.
