Clio Operate offers full integration with Microsoft Office 365 (O365) for various purposes. O365 can be used for the following:
- Authentication of Clio Operate users as users in your Azure Active Directory (AAD) [SSO].
- Accessing and managing documents held in your SharePoint Online document libraries (Document management system (DMS)).
- Ingesting emails from Exchange Online to become tasks in Clio Operate.
- Sending emails from Clio Operate through Exchange Online.
This document provides a simplified guide for configuring each service within O365 so that these can then be consumed within Clio Operate.
