What is it?
When you use an event to trigger a workflow, you can use a phase change or phase transition as the trigger. To enhance this capability, we allow you to drill down to specific phases, work types, or whether a phase has a particular feature.
Configuration
Once you have your visual workflow set up, built, and saved, you can start thinking about what triggers it. To configure triggers, navigate to the Triggers tab in the Workflow blade.

Any Phase Change with Specific Feature
You can run this workflow against any Sharedo type (work type) that contains a specific phase feature. In this example, it will trigger on ANY phase change against ANY work type that has the phase feature Filing Complete.

Specific Phase Change in a Given Sharedo (work type)
You can run it against a specific or multiple phases in a given Sharedo (work type). In this example, it is triggered on the phase change to both instruction-opportunity and instruction-new.

Specific Phase, with a Specific Feature
Lastly, it is possible to run it against a specific phase change with a specific phase feature. In this example, it is triggered when a Sharedo (work item) transitions to phase instruction-new if the phase contains the feature Filing Complete.
