This feature controls global settings around the comments feature. Comment widgets or aspects can be placed onto any of your work types. Access this global feature at Launchpad > Admin > Features > Manage Global Features. Search for comments.

| Newly generated comments are private by default | Used in conjunction with the documents are private feature this will set a comment to private by default. Only users with the privileges to view private comments will see this. |
