How do I control fonts in an email template? The toolbar only offers styles.
The toolbar font and size controls are preset-only, so you cannot type an arbitrary size into the size box. To match a precise font or brand specification, use Custom Styles through a custom Rich Text Editor stylesheet, rather than editing inline HTML. Use pt for the unit.

How do I use an SMS template in a workflow?
The Create Outgoing SMS workflow action does not have a template selector, unlike the email action. Enter the message body directly in the Content field of the action.

Why does my custom font styling disappear on hydrated tags?
When a tag is hydrated, Microsoft Word removes the Placeholder Text style and applies the document's default style, usually Normal. Any formatting applied to the placeholder itself is lost. Apply the styling to the surrounding paragraph text rather than to the placeholder tag.

A document template appears to have become corrupted. What should I do?
Template corruption is normally investigated by the configuration team. Raise a ticket with the affected template attached, note when it last generated correctly, and avoid making further edits to the corrupted copy in the meantime.
