This global feature is a sharedo legal feature that allows you to define legal protocols that may apply to your legal matters. For example: there may be a legal protocol for the resolution of clinical disputes that may be applied to all medical negligence matters. You can access this global feature at Launchpad > Admin > Features > Manage Global Features. Search for protocol.

The available protocols in the system are listed out and new ones can be added.

Details of the legal protocol can be entered and then can be displayed on the applicable matters.
