Manage 360° Portfolio Items

ShareDo allows a user to get a 360° view of everything in the system that they are connected to in any way. The 360° portfolio can be configured to show all contracts, instructions, matters, statements of work (SOW), and tasks (and many other lists) that the user profile is connected to.

Use the My Network portion of your user profile to view the 360° portfolio items, as well as where your profile is in the Organisational Structure and your Employed by details.

Use the Add New icon to add either organisational structure or employment detail.

Configuring the 360° portfolio items

Manage the portfolio items (the items seen in the All Cases section) by browsing Launchpad > Modeller > Participant types > Manage 360° portfolios. The default items are:

  • Contracts
  • Instructions
  • Matters
  • Statements of work (SOW)
  • Tasks

Adding a new item or editing an existing item opens the Edit blade.

Enter the required details and choose the list view to use. 

Work items where the user has a role that is listed in the Roles to exclude box are excluded from the 360° list. The work items where the user has a Creator or Reader role, are not listed as those roles are automatically excluded. For example, if a user had the role of Fee Earner and Creator for a work item, that work item would be listed because of the Fee Earner role.

You can also override the default blade width for the list to allow more detail to be seen on the screen.
