Capturing Custom Data Changes in Chronology (Form Builder)

When capturing custom data using Form Builder, you can trigger a chronology entry every time a value changes.

To do this, you must add an additional attribute to your Form Builder field.

  1. Select LaunchpadModellerForms and viewsForm builder definitions.
  2. Select the form you wish to edit, then open the form.
  3. Find the field where you wish changes to be captured in the chronology.
  4. In the attributes section add a new attribute.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Whenever a user changes data, an entry is made into the work type chronology.

Review

You can now see changes to your Form Builder field in the work type chronology.
