This resource is designed to empower you to master the platform at your own pace, providing flexibility for your busy schedule while ensuring you have the foundational knowledge required for success. By engaging with these modules, you will gain practical insights into the system's core functionalities, helping you and your firm work more efficiently from day one. 

This library of content will grow over time, so be sure to check back regularly.

Accessing and Registering Your LearnUpon Account

1. Open the Learning Portal
  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox recommended).
  2. Navigate to the learning portal link https://academy.clio.com/
2. Register Your Account
  1. On the login page, click Register or Login to your account.
  2. If registering an account, enter the required information:
    1. Email Address
    2. Password
  3. Click Register to create your account.
  4. Accept terms and conditions.
3. Verify Your Email
  1. Check your email inbox for a message from the LearnUpon portal.
  2. Open the email and click the verification link to activate your account.
  3. Complete your profile information

If you do not see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.

4. Log In to the Portal
  1. Return to the learning portal.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Log In.

After logging in, you will land on your Dashboard, where you can access courses and the course catalogue.

5. Find Clio Operate Courses
  1. From the top navigation menu, select Catalogue.
  2. In the search bar, type Clio Operate.
  3. Press Enter or click the search icon.
  4. Review the available Clio Operate courses in the results list.

You can click a course title to view the course description, learning objectives, and estimated duration.

6. Enrol in a Clio Operate Course
  1. Select the Clio Operate course you want to take.
  2. Click Enrol.
  3. The course will now appear in your My Courses or Dashboard.
7. Start the Course
  1. Go to Dashboard or My Courses.
  2. Locate the course you enrolled in.
  3. Click the course title.
  4. Select Start Course to begin.

Your progress will automatically be saved as you complete modules.
