Each persona in ShareDo can have its own theme. This includes logo and colour schemes. A common use for this may be to brand your portal or to provide client-specific branding for external users. A theme can be created from within the ShareDo Modeller.
Add Persona
- Select Launchpad > Modeller > Forms and views > Personas.
- You can see a list of your existing personas.
- Use the burger menu to open a persona.
- You can now see the details of your persona. The theme option at the bottom of the screen allows you to select an existing theme or create a new one.
- To edit an existing theme, click the edit button next to the theme field.
- To create a new theme, select the 'new' option in the theme drop-down list.
- The create theme blade opens.

| System name | A unique name for your theme. |
| Name | The name that will appear in Modeller for your theme. |
| Default | Indicates if this is the default theme for the application. If selected, this is the theme for the application and will appear on the login screen. |
| Brand logo | Your logo or the logo of another party for external portals. |
| Primary Colour |
The primary colour that will be used throughout the application - the system will then automatically suggest the complementing colours for use elsewhere in the application. Click on override to change these.

| User Primary Colour for Nav Bar | Allows you to select the primary colour for the nav bar. If the colour is particularly bright, you may not wish to do this. |
| Turn off nav bar striping | There is a subtle striping on the navigation bar of ShareDo. This can be turned off here if required to support accessibility. |
- Use the preview button to test your theme.
- Click Save.
Asset Guidelines
For the best output, please use the following specifications:

A transparent PNG with a width of 100-300 pixels.  |
| Favicon |
A transparent PNG at least 32x32 pixels (maximum 196x196).  |
| Primary colour | The standard ShareDo light background colour is white (#FFFFFF), so for best results, please use a colour with a contrast ratio greater than 3:1. |
| Primary colour for dark backgrounds | The standard ShareDo light background colour is #3D4852, so for best results, please use a colour with a contrast ratio greater than 3:1. |

You can add a background image to the login screen if you wish. Alternatively, the default grey will display as below:
For best results, use an image with a 16:9 ratio and a width of around 1920 pixels (minimum 1440). |
