The Document Expectations widget allows you to attach documents for your case directly through the portal without having to open each individual expectation work item. This is particularly useful if your workflow is dependant on receiving multiple documents. ![]() |

Key Facts |
Highly flexible data display widget that allows you to use data composer to display data associated with your work in the format you wish. This includes the use of relating sections if required. This widget can be placed on a portal multiple times showing different data. ![]() |

Matter Radar |
The Matter Radar widget displays a visual snapshot of a cases current state ![]() |
Participant Summary |
The Participant Summary widget gives you quick and easy visibility of key participants on the case. Use the filtering functionality to display different groupings of participants in different widgets. For example you may wish to show you internal participants separately to external stakeholder, or highlight the client. This widget can be configured to display as a list or in a card view. The card view gives a bigger view for each participant. The widget can be set to display in card view up until a certain number of participants is reached. ![]() ![]() |
Phase Plan |

Plan View |
The Plan View widget renders a plan view, allowing planning of expected start and duration of your case and work items. This is a really great widget to include in your portal radar. ![]() |
Prepare Document Browser |
The Prepare Document Browser widget (Sharedo.Core.Case.Documents.Templates.PrepareDocumentBrowser.Widget) lets you add a list view to a portal page where users can browse the document templates on the system by category, preview them, and prepare documents based on the selected template.
