ShareDo's notification system is a flexible method by which business events can be broadcast as messages, and then subscribing users can then receive these events via channels, including In-App, Emails or SMS messages.

Understanding Notification Diagnostics

When a notification is raised and is subscribed to via a user an entry will be written to the Notifications Diagnostics screen. This screen will show:

• Notification Type
• User receiving the notification
• Title and message of the notification
• A link to the work item
• An overview of the channels that the notification was sent via

Where the notification was sent to a user via Email or SMS an additional option to view the message will be shown.
