Clio Operate is a powerful legal matter management platform. It gives law firms the tools to design, automate, and manage complex workflows from the moment a matter opens to the day it closes.
This Learning Journey is your route from first login to full confidence. It does not matter whether you are brand new to the platform or an administrator shaping your firm's entire configuration - this journey is built for you.
What you will cover
Each module builds on the last. Start with the core interface, then move into matter modelling, workflow design, document and email templates, rules and automation, and finally the full administration of users, teams, and permissions. By the end, you can use Clio Operate confidently and independently.
This journey is intentionally generic and covers all areas of Clio Operate. Not every module will be relevant to every role, so focus on what applies.
