Flagging a Workflow as a ‘System Workflow’  provides the ability to both hide or highlight System Workflows from the default List Views

By default, this column, and these ‘System Plans’ will be hidden from view of most users.

There will be some Workflows that are viewed as ‘critical’ to the operation of a system, they may perform basic functionality, such as Assigning Work to Teams, or sending notifications out. It's possible to isolate these from list views to stop users wandering into them.

It also serves to reduce Noise from workflows that most users aren't required to see or touch.
