ShareDo allows you to link work types. Instructions can have a special relationship with another work type. This is useful when an instruction work type is being used to initiate a case/matter, and that instruction/case/matter is combined with a contract/statement of work. Linking a new work type to an instruction is a simple process, but it must be done correctly to allow the instruction and work type to be linked in a service portfolio.
Work items can be created as 'top level' items or 'derived type'. A derived type will inherit key features from its parent, giving a 'quick start' on creating your work type.
- Select Launchpad > Modeller > Work Type modeller

You have now successfully created a work type relationship. To test this ensure that you refresh your modeller cache and then you can try out your link in a service portfolio entry to ensure the link has been configured correctly.
