From version 7.11.0, the Inbound and Outbound Email blades feature a new ‘focus mode’ configuration that streamlines the blade's content to align more closely with Microsoft Outlook. Focus mode is on by default.

Configuration

To configure the email blade, navigate to:

• Outbound email: Modeller > Work Types > Activity > Task > Email > Outbound Email, then Aspects at the top right of the page, and edit the Outbound Email Details configuration. 
   
• Inbound email: Modeller > Work Types > Activity > Task > Email > Inbound Email, then Aspects at the top right of the page, and edit the Inbound Email Details configuration. The Inbound Email only has the focus mode option.
