A bulk phase action allows the user to select multiple items in a worklist and then transition them from one phase to another.

Once a user has chosen the items they wish to change the phase of and clicked the phase button, they will be shown the bulk phase change screen. This screen allows the user to see which reassignments will be successful or unsuccessful. They can then choose to continue by clicking Reassign.

This feature allows you to configure the bulk assignment options that are available throughout the system. The bulk assign actions box shows all of the bulk assignment actions that are currently configured in the system. You can use the burger menu at the end to disable or delete these actions.
