The Prizm document previewer can be used throughout the application. It allows users to preview a document without actually opening it. This is commonly used in document repositories, viewing generated documents etc. This feature is represented by a magnifying glass icon throughout the application. Enabling this feature will allow users to preview documents. As well as viewing documents, this is also used in the document splitting functionality.
Prior to this feature being enabled, a technical administrator should install and set up Prizm and enter the configuration details into the Prizm integrations feature in ShareDo. As ShareDo possesses the necessary Accusoft Prizm license, clients and users do not need to purchase one to access the feature, but they must have the required global permission to preview documents.
Access this global feature at Launchpad > Admin > Features > Global Features. Search for preview.

| Always use a single preview blade |
When enabled the system will re-use the same perview blade where possible for each document being previewed. Otherwise a separate preview blade will be opened for each document. Typically this is enabled when users are usually viewing one document at a time. |

When enabled and the user has chosen to 'tear - off' a preview window during document and email filing, the system will re-use the tear off preview blade when navigating between multiple files. This is helpful when working your way through a large number of documents. |
