Enabling this feature will allow users to refresh the data in their documents based on updates made in the system. When a document is refreshed, the system will revisit any tags and ensure that the data is up to date. This feature also allows you to configure at which stages documents can be refreshed.
Access this global feature at Launchpad > Open Modeller > Global Features. Search for refresh.
The Refresh option becomes available when the document template is in the allowed phase, which in this example is In Progress.
All data Tags will be refreshed with the latest values held in ShareDo.
Section content controls linked to Display Rules do not refresh after the initial document generation.
Essentially, ShareDo will remove any unwanted Sections from the document during the generation process. These cannot then be re-inserted during a Refresh.
