You can create a service portfolio from the sharedo Modeller to guide users or external parties through the process of creating new work.

1. Select Launchpad > Modeller > Service Portfolio Modeller.
2. Click the Add New button at the top of the screen.
3. Enter the required fields: System name, Name and Description.
4. Slide the Enabled button to 'on' to allow access in the specified location:
   • Top Nav: allows access from the launchpad menu
   • Inbound Channels: allows access from the actions menu on channel tasks such as emails, fax and SMS
     
5. Click Enabled to activate the portfolio.
6. Click Save.

Review

You have successfully created a service portfolio. The system automatically creates a new permission to allow users to access the portfolio. You need to ensure the permission sets of any users or teams you wish to access the portfolio have access.
