This global feature can add a security setting to documents, indicating that they are private. If a document is private, then only users with the 'view private documents' permission are able to view it. This could be used, for example, to by default hide documents from certain users but allow them to view some documents. To allow users to view private documents, the "View Private Documents" permission should be added to the relevant permission set.
Access this global feature at Launchpad > Modeller > Global Features. Search for private.
